Bea Guevara
Director and Founder
Bea is a Filipino-Australian urban planner with a passion for inclusive, people-focused cities. With 10 years of experience across both strategic and statutory planning in the local government and private sectors, she brings a strong foundation in shaping high-quality, well-considered planning outcomes. She also has experience in public speaking, including presenting at International Women's Day events, contributing to broader conversations around equity, representation, and leadership.
Driven by a commitment to strong values and meaningful community impact, Bea established Guevara & Associates in 2025 to create a multidisciplinary consultancy focused on delivering better outcomes for people and places.
At Guevara & Associates, Bea leads the day-to-day operations of the business while shaping its culture and setting high standards for delivery.
Matthew Camilleri
Urban Planner
Matthew Camilleri is an urban planner with close to 3 years of experience in the private sector, working across a diverse range of development types including industrial, residential, and commercial projects. He brings a strong interest in urbanism and sustainability, further strengthened through his Master of Urban Planning and Environment at RMIT.
Matt is motivated by the evolving nature of planning, particularly the challenge of navigating complex issues and delivering practical, well-considered outcomes through collaboration.
At Guevara & Associates, Matt manages key planning applications while fostering strong, transparent working relationships with both Councils and clients, supporting efficient and high-quality project delivery.
Roberto Guevara
Procurement and Commercial Specialist
With over 30 years of local and international experience, Roberto is a highly accomplished commercial professional with a background spanning infrastructure, civil construction, commercial developments, healthcare, defence, education, government, and energy projects. His career includes extensive Tier 1 contractor experience, contributing to the successful delivery of major, complex projects, some with values reaching up to $12 billion.
Specialising in commercial administration, project management, and procurement, he brings a strategic and detail-oriented approach to managing risk, optimising project performance, and driving strong commercial outcomes.
As Procurement and Commercial Specialist at Guevara & Associates, he provides expert guidance across all phases of project delivery, ensuring rigorous commercial oversight and value-driven results for clients.
Pascal Marie
Architect and BIM Specialist
With 10 years of experience, Pascal is a registered Architect and BIM specialist with a strong portfolio across mixed-use, residential, aviation, education, and multi-residential projects. He has contributed to the delivery of major developments, including projects with values up to $1.8 billion.
Specialising in Building Information Modelling (BIM), AI-driven design processes, and the development of systems for efficient project delivery, he brings a forward-thinking and highly technical approach to design coordination and project execution.
